About this course

In this course, you will learn about the two types of replicate samples, biological and technical, and what questions about your experiment each addresses. You will learn how to proceed, what samples and controls will be needed, and the number and types of replicates required. You will also learn how to use ratiometric analysis to determine fold change or percent change so that you can accurately determine changes in the relative abundance of a target protein and to evaluate relative protein levels across a group of samples in your quantitative Western blot.

Course Release Date: April 4, 2018
